Money Order and Cheque
We accept Money Order and Cheque payments by mail. If you wish to pay by this method please contact us via the contact us page. We will require monies to be cleared prior to shipping.
All other major credit cards
We also accept American Express and Diners, though this is not supported through PayPal. Should you wish to use one of these cards please contact us.

Duties & Taxes:
All paintings on our site are priced inclusive of GST (Australian Goods and Services Tax). Purchases from other countries are exempt from the Australian GST, however other duties and/or taxes may apply specific to your country. The purchaser is liable for these charges and if required will be billed by the courier on delivery.
International Purchasers - How to remove the GST:
Our pricing includes GST for Australian purchasers. GST is not applicable for purchases made by overseas clients. Please contact us for all GST free queries. If you need to purchase . Please note that you may still be liable for duties and taxes imposed by your country as described in the previous paragraph.
Goods will be dispatched upon clearance of payment and the client will be advised by email with estimated delivery time based on your location.
We at the Original Oz Art Gallery want you to really enjoy the artwork you buy from us and are happy with your purchase and to this end offer a 7 day (from date of delivery to you) returns option. Should you wish to return a purchase, please email us within the 7 day period. Unfortunately we cannot refund the original shipping and packaging costs. Returns must be packaged in precisely the same way as received on delivery (to be covered by insurance). Return handling and delivery costs are paid by the purchaser. Artwork must be received in the condition in which it was delivered or a refund may not be given dependent on the extent of the damage.
All goods are covered by insurance and the purchaser must advise us of any damage immediately upon receipt of goods.
All our paintings are original artworks by award winning professional Australian artists. The dimensions given are the measurements to the outside of the frame or the edge of stretched canvases. If the painting has a frame this will be visible on the image. All paintings may be sold without the frame and we will be happy to email you a quote. We make every effort to ensure that the art images shown and related descriptions for product(s) available for sale by Original Oz Gallery are accurate and realistic. Please note that colours and images will look differently based on device on which you are viewing them.
Products may be ordered by clicking on the items you wish to purchase and then following the prompts that appear on-screen. You may check and correct any input errors in your order up until the point at which you submit your order on the checkout page.
After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order and giving you an order reference number (“Order Confirmation”). If there are any errors in the Order Confirmation information please notify us immediately.
Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted; your order constitutes an offer to buy Original Oz Gallery product(s). All orders are subject to acceptance by Original Oz Gallery. We are not obliged to accept your order and may decline to accept any order.
You further acknowledge that by submitting the order you enter into an obligation to pay for the Original Oz Gallery Product(s). Where your order is accepted, we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email that confirms that the Original Oz Gallery product(s) have been shipped ("Shipping Confirmation”).
The Contract between you and Original Oz Gallery will only be formed when we send you the Shipping Confirmation. After entering into the Contract, Original Oz Gallery will supply you with the product(s) you have ordered.
The Contract will relate only to product(s) whose shipment has been confirmed in the Shipping Confirmation. There will be no obligation to supply any other product(s) which may have been part of your order until the shipment of such product(s) has been confirmed in a Shipping Confirmation.
